Derived 20 m contour interval from the actual 50 m elevation grid, converted from British National Grid EPSG:27700 to WGS84 with pyproj and simplified by up to 22.5 m. These are not surveyed 20 m-resolution contours; terrain and GPS uncertainty remain. No synthetic elevation or decoration. OS dataset stays separate from OSM geography.

PRINTS AND LIMITATIONS
PNG and PDF use the same browser canvas renderer and map data as preview. The selected dpi determines output pixels, not additional geographical detail. PDFs contain a raster image, not vector layers. Retain both legible copyright credits on printed posters; do not crop them out. No navigation or survey accuracy warranty. Commercial reproduction is permitted by the above published source licences subject to their terms. This source review is not legal advice.
Outside the bundled region, exports are blocked rather than returning a route-only or fictional map. International support needs a new licensed regional data pack (OSM geography plus an elevation source with verified reproduction rights), or an approved provider whose licence explicitly permits high-resolution print export. No paid account is required for the current region.
